develop and perform to their highest potential in the workplace and across their
careers. Her passion comes from partnering
with clients on the path to growth, development, and improved business results through people.
Dr. Banks leverages a team of
consulting partners who are expert coaches, speakers, session facilitators, trainers, and instructional designers. Dr. Banks' team collaborates with clients to design
custom solutions to a wide variety of organizational development and human capital needs.
